Assistance
External Assistance Rules
On all DFBG races, organized external assistance along the course is prohibited.
Participants may receive assistance only within the designated aid stations (checkpoints), where support is allowed in the form of drinks, food, equipment, or other supplies.
Depending on the course layout, crew/support assistance is not permitted at the following checkpoints:
- A1 – Przełęcz Gierałtowska
- A3 – Międzygórze GOPR
- A12 – Srebrna Góra (Suspension Bridge)
Failure to comply with these rules may result in a time penalty or disqualification.
