Drop Bags and Gear Check

Participants of the 7 Summits Run, Sto Mil Trail, Super Trail, and K-B-L races will have the opportunity to prepare and submit drop bags containing items needed for specific stages of the race.

Drop bags will be available for collection at the following checkpoints:

  • A4 – Długopole-Zdrój (240 km, 130 km)

  • A8 – Kudowa-Zdrój (240 km, 170 km, 130 km)

  • A13 – Bardo (240 km, 170 km, 110 km)

Drop bags left at checkpoints can be collected in Lądek-Zdrój (Orla 7, Lądek-Zdrój).

DROP BAG / GEAR CHECK REGULATIONS

  1. Participants of the 7 Summits Run, Sto Mil Trail, Super Trail, and K-B-L may prepare a drop bag containing personal items needed during specific stages of the race. Drop bag sacks will be issued at the Race Office.

  2. Participants of all race distances may leave personal belongings in the gear check. Gear check bags will be issued at the Drop Bag & Gear Check Storage.

  3. Bag dimensions: 60 × 50 cm. All items intended for transport must fit entirely inside the bag.

  4. The maximum weight limit for each drop bag is 4 kg per participant.

  5. Please make sure your gear check bag or drop bag is clearly marked with your race bib number before handing it in.

  6. Drop bags are identified by specific colored drawstrings or dedicated stickers. Please ensure that your bags are correctly assigned.

  7. Drop bags from checkpoints A4, A8, and A13 may be collected either at the checkpoints during their operating hours or in Lądek-Zdrój at the location designated by the Race Office, no earlier than approximately 3 hours after the checkpoint closes.

  8. Gear check bags and drop bags will only be released upon presentation of a race bib number or a valid ID document.

  9. The organizer reserves the right to verify the participant’s identity before releasing any bag.

  10. Any gear check bags or drop bags not collected by the end of the event (20 July 2026, 3:00 PM) will be disposed of.

  11. Unclaimed bags will not be shipped by post or courier.

  12. Please do not place valuables, documents, car keys, or similar items in gear check bags or drop bags.

  13. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for lost or misplaced gear check bags or drop bags.

  14. Glass containers and beverage cans are strictly prohibited inside bags. If necessary, please transfer drinks into plastic bottles.
