Bag Drop / Aid Station Regulations – DFBG 2026

Participants of Bieg 7 Szczytów, Sto Mil Trail, Super Trail, and K-B-L will have the opportunity to leave bag drops for use at specific stages of the races.

Bag drop points along the course:

  • A4 – Długopole-Zdrój (240KM, 130KM)

  • A8 – Kudowa-Zdrój (240KM, 170KM, 130KM)

  • A13 – Bardo (240KM, 170KM, 110KM)

Bag Drop / Deposit Rules

  1. On the routes of Bieg 7 Szczytów, Sto Mil Trail, Super Trail, and K-B-L, participants can prepare a bag drop containing items needed for a specific stage. Bags will be provided at the Race Office.

  2. All participants can leave a deposit at the designated area. Deposit bags will be provided at the bag drop / deposit warehouse.

  3. Bag dimensions: 60 x 50 cm – all items must fit entirely inside the bag.

  4. Maximum weight per bag drop: 4 kg per person.

  5. Do not leave a bag drop or deposit without labeling it with your race number.

  6. Bag drops have specific cord colors or stickers. Ensure your bags are clearly organized.

  7. Bags from points A4, A8, A13 can be collected at the respective points during operating hours or in Lądek-Zdrój at the location designated by the Race Office, no earlier than approx. 3 hours after the point closes.

  8. Bags / deposits will only be released upon presentation of your race number or ID card.

  10. Bags / deposits not collected by the end of the event (19.07.2026,  15:00) will be disposed of.

  11. Bags / deposits will not be shipped by mail.

  12. Do not place valuables, documents, or car keys in your bags / deposits.

  13. The organizer is not responsible for lost items.

  14. Glass containers and cans with beverages are prohibited. You may transfer liquids into a plastic bottle.
