Participants of the 7 Summit Run, Sto Mil Trail, Super Trail, and K-B-L will have the opportunity to deposit their items needed for specific stages of the event.

The checkpoints where you can pick up your gear drops are as follows:

A4 – Długopole Zdrój (240KM, 130KM)
A8 – Kudowa-Zdrój (240KM, 170KM, 130KM)
A13 – Bardo (240KM, 170KM, 110KM)

 DEPOT / GEAR DROP RULES

  1. Participants of the 7 Peaks Run, Sto Mil Trail, Super Trail, and K-B-L races can prepare gear drops – their belongings needed for each stage of the race. Gear drop bags will be issued at the Race Office.
  2. Participants of all routes can leave their belongings at the depot. Gear drop bags will be issued at the Depot/gear drop warehouse.
  3. Bag dimensions – 60x50 – ITEMS YOU WANT TO SEND TO A CHECKPOINT MUST FIT ENTIRELY INTO THE BAG.
  4. The weight limit for each gear drop is 4 kg per person.
  5. Remember not to leave a gear drop without labeling it with your race number.
  6. Gear drop bags have specific string colors or stickers. Make sure you have organized your gear drops properly.
  7. Gear drops from checkpoints A4, A8, and A13 can be picked up during their operating hours or in Lądek-Zdrój, at a location designated by the Race Office, no earlier than approximately 3 hours after the given point closes.
  8. Gear drops will only be released upon showing the race number or an ID card.
  9. Gear drops not picked up by the end of the event (20.07.2025, 15:00) will be disposed of.
  10. Gear drops will not be sent by mail.
  11. Please do not place valuable items, documents, car keys, etc., in your gear drops.
  12. The organizer is not responsible for the loss of any gear drop.
  13. It is forbidden to place glass containers or cans with beverages in the gear drop bags. Remember that you can transfer beverages into a plastic bottle.

If you cannot pick up your drop bag in person you may authorize someone else to pick it up in your name, on the basis of a written authorization presented to the staff of the drop bag storage.
