📍 DFBG 2026 Course Update – New GPX Files Now Available

The updated GPX tracks are now available on our website. The changes apply to the 7 Summits Run 240 km, 100 Miles Trail 170 km, and Super Trail 130 km courses.

The updates affect two sections:

• before Długopole-Zdrój – a reroute around the railway station currently under renovation,

• after Jagodna Mountain Hut – a change due to updated hiking trail routing.

All other race distances remain unchanged compared to last year. As a reminder, printed course maps will be included in your race packs.

➡ Bardo Checkpoint Location Change

Important information for participants of the 240 km, 170 km, and 110 km races:

The checkpoint in Bardo has been relocated approximately 150 metres uphill compared to last year. It will now be situated at the fantastic Bardo Camp. You could say you'll be running straight out of the forest and almost directly into the checkpoint. 😉

➡ No Crew Support Allowed

Please also share this information with anyone who will be supporting or cheering for you during the race.

Crew support is not permitted at the following checkpoints:

• A1 – Gierałtowska Pass

• A3 – Międzygórze GOPR

• A12 – Srebrna Góra

• B1 – Lądecka Pass

❗ Most importantly, crew support is strictly prohibited between checkpoints. ❗

➡ Time Limits

The time limits for all race distances remain unchanged. Detailed information about aid station opening hours, cut-off times, toilets, and hot meals can be found in the description of each course after clicking VIEW DETAILS.

The 14th Edition of the Lower Silesian Mountain Running Festival Is Just Around the Corner!

In just a short while, we will come together to experience several days filled with sporting excitement, inspiring encounters, and unforgettable trail-running adventures.

Like any event that continues to grow, the Lower Silesian Mountain Running Festival (DFBG) constantly adapts its organization and infrastructure to meet new challenges. This year’s edition brings one important change that we would like to share with you in advance.

New Location of the DFBG Race Office

Due to the renovation of the Spa House (Dom Zdrojowy) at 7 Orla Street, which has served as the base of our event for many years, we faced the challenge of finding a new location for the Race Office.

As a result, during the 14th edition of DFBG, the Race Office, festival shop, baggage drop-off point, and drop bag service will be located in the square behind the Wojciech Spa House (at the intersection of Wolności Street and Mariański Square in Lądek-Zdrój).

We are creating a brand-new festival area there specifically for DFBG. In addition to the Race Office, it will feature a chillout zone where you can relax, meet friends, and enjoy the unique festival atmosphere. An added bonus? The start area in Lądek-Zdrój will be even closer to the Race Office than before. ;)

The Race Office will be open to participants of all race distances starting on Wednesday.

Camping Area – In Fact, Two of Them!

We have already informed you about this change, but here is a reminder: runners and supporters can use a dedicated paid camping area equipped with comfortable sanitary facilities.

Where to Park?

Please note that several investment projects and renovation works are currently underway in Lądek-Zdrój, temporarily reducing the number of available parking spaces.

For this reason, over the coming month we will regularly publish information about designated parking areas and recommended parking zones.

We kindly ask everyone to use only these designated parking locations. We also appeal to participants not to drive into the areas surrounding Uzdrowisko Lądek-Długopole or the immediate vicinity of the Race Office.

Please note that parking will not be available for participants at the new Race Office location.

We encourage you to leave your car in one of the designated parking areas and treat the walk to collect your race packet as a pleasant stroll or a light pre-race jog. This will help everyone move around the festival village more smoothly and efficiently, while allowing residents and spa guests to continue enjoying the spa district in comfort.

No Changes to Other Key Locations

The start locations remain unchanged:

• Lądek-Zdrój – square in front of the Wojciech Spa House

• Długopole-Zdrój – Mineral Water Pump Room

• Kudowa-Zdrój – start and finish at Teatr pod Blachą

The location of the DFBG Main Stage also remains unchanged. This is where the festival opening ceremony, award ceremonies, meetings, and concert will take place. As in previous years, all of these events will be held at the Concert Shell (Muszla Koncertowa) next to the Spa Park in Lądek-Zdrój.

This is also where we will host conversations with our special guests: Maja Włoszczowska, Andrzej Witek, Arkadiusz Gardzielewski, and Bartek Przedwojewski.
